Our philosophy is “natural and tasty”. The ingredients are as much as possible organic and locally sourced. For example meat from the neighbouring farmer or fish from Lake Revsund. Some of the vegetables are grown in our garden and we pick mushrooms and berries in the forest around us. The key to a good meal is love, time and delicate commodities. Depending on your needs we compose a menu together. You’ll find some tasty menus on the Swedish site.
